Compliance Webinar: Form 5500 Reporting for Health & Welfare Plans

This 30-minute session will provide an update on ERISA Form 5500 reporting requirements for health and welfare plans, including:

• A refresher on key requirements, including what plans need to be filed and when;
• An explanation of the single plan option (“Wrap”) versus individual plan filings; and
• A discussion of common questions and mistakes, including the option for late or omitted filings through the DOL’s Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program.

The webinar will be led by our benefits attorneys, Laura Bibb and Jason Cogdill. The session is designed for large employers as well as plan advisors. (Small employers are generally exempt from Form 5500 filing if their ERISA plans have fewer than 100 employee participants.)
