As our integration process unfolds we will be excited to share some best practices we’re adopting from both entities that will add even more value to our business partnership. We’ll also be moving your plans to Flores’ proprietary technology platform. For now, we will be continuing with business as usual on the existing ProBenefits employer and participant portals, and we’ll soon be communicating more information to our partners and participants about the next steps to come. Our Winston-Salem, NC office will remain open as a satellite Flores office, and all ProBenefits employees are now employees of Flores, so you can rest assured that the ProBenefits team members you know and rely on will continue to provide you with the high quality service you have come to expect, now and in the future.
