Our founder, Wes Morgan, set this tone and expectation, and we’ve held to it ever since. Wes, who passed away in 2007, was a passionate family man, entrepreneur and missionary whose volunteer work in Haiti was as full time as his professional work. He believed that businesses can be successful while doing good in the world — and so his vision drives our work and our philanthropy to this day.
